Privacy, in plain terms.

This is a private, personal-use application. It is not offered to the general public.

This policy explains how the application accesses, uses, stores, and shares information received from Google APIs, and how authorized users remain in control of that access.

• With Gmail read-only permission, the application accesses message identifiers, senders, recipients, dates, labels, subjects, and message content needed to classify mail and prepare recaps.
• A separate Gmail modify permission may be granted by a designated operator. It is used only to move an exact, reviewed message to Trash or restore that same message after explicit confirmation.

Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing features:

• classifying email into useful review categories;
• creating concise summaries, reminders, and pending-action counts;
• delivering those recaps to authorized users' configured Telegram accounts;
• executing a specifically reviewed Trash or restore action.

The application does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or training general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

Processing and operational storage run on access-restricted infrastructure. OAuth credentials are restricted to the application and are not placed in source control or exposed on this website.

Message data, classifications, and summaries are retained only while needed to operate the requested features, maintain workflow integrity, and resolve user-requested actions. Access is limited to authorized operators.

The application does not sell Google user data or share that data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Derived recaps are sent only to Telegram accounts configured by the same authorized users. Cloudflare hosts these public policy pages but does not receive Gmail content from the application through this website.

Use and transfer by this application of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

A user may revoke the application's Google access at any time from the third-party connections page in their Google Account. Revocation stops future Gmail access.

Users may request deletion of stored credentials and associated application records by contacting the operator through the support address displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.

These pages contain no forms, analytics scripts, advertising, or application credentials. Cloudflare may process ordinary web access logs, such as IP address and request metadata, when serving the pages under its own privacy terms.
